After making it back to break even, I went on another turbo slide at 200NL, worse than the last. This graph tells the picture rather well I think.
Since I got back to break even the EV line has split pretty hard. I've yet to win a flip for 100bb this month. My last session of 200NL saw me ship AmexCenturion about 4 buyins thanks to him always having the nuts against me. Had AK < JJ on xxKJA. Obv he peels the flop with his underpair and turns a set. Then later he got me with KT when I held AQ on a QJ9xA. There were a LOT of hands like this.
After the 2nd slide I moved back to 100NL (even played some 50NL HU for +110$) and have recovered some of the losses. Going to give my head a break from the mindfuck that 200NL was turning into. If I can keep breaking even at 100NL I'll be back some time next week.
Here's the highlight of the night against a 60/40/5 spazmonkey.

We return you to your regular scheduled programming
So me and 200NL kissed and made up. After my 3rd session I was down 1700$ and just about to go back to 100NL with my roll teetering around 4k. I am now crushing 200NL for a solid 0.07ptbb.

NYRPS II Kicks Off
Personally, I'm in Rambler's latest series for bragging rights (I have ~100$ riding in various prop bets). It should be fun regardless. Event #1 goes tonight at 10PM EST, deepstack NLHE. Sign up and make me work for this prop bet!
Also, to recap November's goals:
- 10k hands of 100NL @ 5 ptbb
16k hands at 10.6ptbb!
- Get above 3k for good
Brushing with 6k
- Don't get doomswitched
Check
- Be patient and save next 200NL shot for December
Check
- When I bluff, take lines that make sense
Mostly check
- Bluff less
Check
November was definitely one for the books.

On Fiyah
This is really becoming quite surreal for me.
Yes, that means I'm up 35 buyins for the month of November over a mere 16k hands. Today was a 10 buyin grind...okay, heater. I got AA all in pre vs KK and held for probably the 4th session in a row. I also had a good suckout w A7dd > 66 on a K63dd board. Beyond that it was just playing what I think was solid poker. I played this one kind of weird, but not as weird as the 30/5 villain.

I was concerned on the flop that he might be on a monster, hence the c/c, when he checked back the turn, his range suddenly became a lot more friendly to me. When he shoved the river I actually snapcalled without thinking too much. His line made no sense so I figured he was on air or.. well, honestly I couldn't put much of anything in his range. Ya gotta lol at cold calling a 3b w A3s...
Got into an interesting spot w AA too. Thankfully, I'm a station.

I went with the common thinking that "nobody raises a made flush on the turn", which obviously isn't entirely true but does carry some weight. After the river totally ragged I decided that he had enough things like AQ, KQ, busted straights, AhX hands, etc that calling was okay. I laughed when he showed me that hand.
Comments on both hands are welcome.
So with all this, I've now shattered 3k, 4k, and 5k, all in one month and now sit at just under $5700. Damn. If I would just stop mucking around in tournaments and running like crap (see below) I'd probably be over 6k now.
